- What's included, and what costs extra? Ask which modules are in the plan you'd buy and which are add-ons or separate subscriptions. Our plans are listed on the pricing page.
- Whose payment account collects the money? With FullScope Pro you connect your own Stripe account, and payments land there directly.
- Can your crews use it in Spanish? Ask whether the whole app is translated, not only customer documents, and whether team messages translate between languages.
- Where do job cost numbers come from? Ask whether job profit is calculated from your actual books or from a separate estimate of costs.
- Can you get your data back out? Ask what you can export, in what format, and whether it's self-serve.
- What does onboarding look like? Ask who sets it up, how your existing customer list gets in, and how long before the crew is using it.

Can I move my customer list over?
Yes. FullScope Pro imports customers, companies, vendors and referral partners from a CSV file — the kind of export most tools and spreadsheets can produce. During onboarding we help you map the columns and check the result before your team starts working in it.
Is FullScope Pro only for large companies?
No. The Starter plan covers CRM, estimating and jobs for small crews, and you add timekeeping, invoicing, payroll, training and marketing as the business grows.
Do my crews need a separate app?
No. The Android app, now in early access, covers customers, jobs, estimates, the GPS time clock, job photos, chat and push notifications. An iPhone app is coming.
