For roofing companies
Roofing contractor software
from inspection to warranty.
Inspect the roof, price it from your own pricebook, send a quote the homeowner signs from their phone, and keep every photo of the tear-off filed to the job. FullScope Pro runs the whole roof in one system.
- Photos filed to the job automatically
- Deposits by card link
- English & Spanish crews
Roofing moves fast and runs on proof. You get on the roof, take measurements and pictures, and the homeowner wants a number before you are back in the truck. Then the crew tears off, finds rotten decking, and the scope changes halfway through the day. If the photos are on four different phones and the change is agreed to over a text message, you are the one who pays for it.
FullScope Pro is roofing contractor software that keeps the inspection, the estimate, the crew, the photos and the money on one job record, so the proof is always where you need it.
Inspect and estimate the same day
The measurements you take on the roof go straight into the quote. Build it from your own pricebook — tear-off per square, underlayment, drip edge, flashing, vents, ridge, disposal — so every estimator prices the same way and nobody forgets the line items that eat your margin.
- Pricebook-based quotes with your materials, labor and markup already set.
- AI Quote Builder drafts a quote from your notes and your pricebook, using your own AI key. You review and send it.
- Approval and e-signature from a link, so the homeowner can sign at the kitchen table or later that night.

Photos that hold up
A roof is documented or it is argued about. With FieldView, every photo your crew takes is filed to the job automatically, GPS-tagged and dated. Shoot the damage before you start, the decking after tear-off, the underlayment before shingles go on, and the finished roof.
- Mark up a photo with annotations to point out a soft spot, a flashing problem or hail hits.
- See every photo for the job in one feed, or on a map.
- No signal on the roof? On-site capture holds the photos and uploads them when signal comes back.
When a homeowner or an insurance adjuster asks what the roof looked like, you send them the pictures instead of a story. See the job site photo app.
On the job
Keep the crew, the scope and the money together.
Crews & dispatch
Put crews on roofs from a schedule the office and the field both see, with a project manager on every job.
Learn MoreChange orders
Rotten decking or extra layers? Write the change order on site and get the customer's signature before the extra work starts.
Deposits by card
Send a deposit link after the quote is signed. Payments go to your own Stripe account, and you can pass the card fee on.
Warranty records
A warranty record is created when the job closes, so you can find what you installed and when if the customer calls back.
Storm season without the chaos
After a storm the phone does not stop. Leads from your website form and your phone line land in the CRM as requests, so nothing lives on a sticky note. Assign inspections, track which roofs have been looked at and which quotes are still out, and follow up from one list. Calls and texts through the Aloware integration are logged on the customer record, so anyone in the office can pick up where the last person left off. See CRM for contractors.
Know what each roof made
Crews clock in and out with the GPS time clock, and approved hours can cost against the job. With the accounting add-on, materials, subcontractors and card spend post to the same job, so you see real profit per roof instead of a guess. Details in job costing software.
Questions
Common questions
Does FullScope Pro measure roofs from aerial images?
No. You enter the measurements you take into the quote, and the pricebook does the math. There is no aerial-measurement integration today.
Can I send photos to an insurance adjuster?
Yes, you can share the job's photos. FullScope Pro does not connect to insurance estimating systems — it gives you organized, GPS-tagged, dated photos with your annotations to send yourself.
What happens when the crew finds bad decking?
Write a change order on the job with the added work and price. The customer signs it before the extra work starts, and it stays on the job record.
Can my roofing crews use the app in Spanish?
Yes. The whole app works in English and Spanish, and team messages are translated live.
Do my crews need an iPhone?
The Android app (now in early access) covers jobs, photos, the time clock and chat. An iPhone app is coming.
