For remodelers and general contractors
Remodeling contractor software
for jobs that change.
Kitchens, baths, additions and whole-home remodels run for weeks, involve a dozen trades and change every time the client walks through. FullScope Pro keeps the quote, the phases, the changes and the money on one job.
- Signed change orders
- Client links, no login
- Built inside a general contractor
A remodel is not one visit. It is a design conversation, a detailed estimate, a deposit, demolition, rough-in, inspections, finishes, a punch list and a final invoice — with changes at every step. Most remodelers hold that together with a spreadsheet, a shared calendar and a lot of phone calls.
FullScope Pro was built inside a working general contracting company, so it treats a remodel the way you run one.
Estimates the client can follow
Build the quote from your pricebook, section by section — demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets, tile, paint. Selections and allowances go in as their own line items, so the client sees exactly what is included and what they still need to pick.
- Pricebook-based pricing keeps every estimator consistent.
- The AI Quote Builder drafts a quote from your walkthrough notes and your pricebook, on your own AI key.
- The client reviews and signs from a link — no account, no password.

Run the job in phases
Every job gets a project manager and the crews assigned to it. Break the work into phases, track checklists for each one, and schedule trades from a calendar the whole team works from. Subcontractors can be onboarded with their W-9 collected up front.
The hard parts of remodeling
Where remodels lose money — handled.
Change orders
The client wants the bigger window. Write the change order, send it, and get their e-signature before anyone orders it.
Client updates
Clients open their quote, invoices and job photos from a link. Fewer "just checking in" calls to the office.
Photo record
Photos of the framing, plumbing and wiring before the walls close, filed to the job with GPS and date.
Learn MoreDeposits & progress billing
Deposits and invoices from the job, with card payment links through your own Stripe account.
Know your margin before the final invoice
The remodels that hurt are the ones that looked profitable until the last bill came in. With the accounting add-on, materials, subcontractor payments, card spend and approved crew hours post to the ledger against the job. Job profit comes from one set of books, so you see the problem while there is still time to fix it — not at tax time. Read more about job costing.
Keep the next job coming
Remodeling runs on referrals and repeat clients. The CRM keeps every client, property and past job together, so when a past client calls about a second bathroom you already know the house. A warranty record is created when the job closes.

Questions
Common questions
How do I handle allowances and selections?
Add them to the quote as their own line items, with the allowance amount. When the client picks something different, a change order adjusts the price and gets their signature.
Can clients see progress without calling?
Yes. Clients open their quote, invoices and job photos from a link — no account or password to create.
Can I track subcontractors?
Yes. Subcontractors can be onboarded with their W-9 collected, and their costs can post to the job with the accounting add-on.
Does it replace my accounting software?
The accounting add-on is a built-in general ledger with banking, receivables and reporting. It is not a sync to an outside accounting product.
Which plan fits a remodeling company?
Most remodelers want invoicing and scheduling, which start on the Field plan. Compare them on the pricing page, or ask us on a demo.
