Data, migration and security
Who owns my data?
You do. Your customers, jobs, photos and records belong to your business. Each business on FullScope Pro has its data kept separate from every other business.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CRM records — people, companies, vendors and referral partners — export to CSV whenever you want them. If you need something else out, email support@fullscopepro.app.
Can I import from spreadsheets or another tool?
Yes. Export your customers, companies or vendors from your current tool or spreadsheet as CSV and import them. The importer previews every row before saving, matches columns for you, and can be re-run safely without creating duplicates.
Who can see what inside my account?
Only who you allow. Permissions are granted per person, capability by capability, so a foreman can approve timesheets without seeing pay rates and an estimator can build quotes without seeing the books.
Whose Stripe account do payments go to?
Yours. You connect your own Stripe account, and deposits and invoice payments land there directly. You can choose to pass the card fee on to the customer.

Onboarding, the app and your team
How do I sign up?
Book a demo. We walk through FullScope Pro on work like yours, then set up your account with you and help bring your data in. There is no self-serve signup.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Android app, now in early access, covers what crews use all day: customers, jobs, estimates, the GPS time clock, job photos, chat and push notifications. An iPhone app is coming.
What if there's no signal on the job site?
Photos captured on site are held on the phone and upload when signal returns, filed to the right job with their GPS location.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Every screen works in English and Spanish, and team messages are translated live, so a note written in English is read in Spanish and back again.
How does the AI Quote Builder work?
It drafts a quote from your site notes using your own pricebook, so prices come from your numbers. It runs on your own AI account key — you connect it, and you control it.
Can my customers approve quotes online?
Yes. Customers open quotes and invoices from a link, approve and e-sign quotes, and pay invoices by card — no account or password needed.

Integrations, plans and support
What does FullScope Pro integrate with?
Stripe for card payments, Aloware for phone calls and text messages, Ramp for card transactions and reconciliation, and payroll reporting built to hand off to ADP. You connect each one with your own account.
Do I still need QuickBooks?
FullScope Pro does not connect to QuickBooks. Instead, accounting is built in as an add-on — general ledger, banking and reconciliation, receivables and payables, period close and financial reports — so your books live next to your jobs instead of in a second system. We'll talk through moving your books on the demo.
Can I use it for more than one crew or division?
Yes. Jobs carry their own project managers and crews, and the schedule shows everyone's work in one place. Plans are priced per business, not per crew.
What happens to my job photos?
FieldView files every photo to its job automatically, with a feed, a map view and annotations, so the office can find any picture without asking the crew for it.
How much does it cost?
Plans are a flat price per business: Starter $300/month, Field $500/month, Growth $800/month and Agency $1,200/month, with lower annual pricing. Accounting is a $250/month add-on. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Is it priced per user?
No. Plans are per business, so adding crew members does not raise your bill.
Is there a contract?
Plans are billed monthly or annually. We cover the terms for your account on the demo and during onboarding.
