The AI Quote Builder turns what the estimator captured on site into a draft quote using the items and prices in your own pricebook. It does not invent prices from the internet — it works from your book. You connect your own AI key, so you control the account and the cost, and nothing is priced until a person has reviewed it.

Does the AI set my prices?
No. The AI Quote Builder drafts from the items and prices in your own pricebook, and a person reviews every draft before it goes to a customer.
Whose AI account does the Quote Builder use?
Yours. You connect your own AI key in Integrations, so you control the account and pay the AI provider directly.
Do customers need an account to approve a quote?
No. They open the quote from a link, approve it and sign on their phone or computer.
Can I take a deposit when the quote is approved?
On plans that include invoicing, yes — send a card payment link that pays into your own Stripe account. You can choose to pass the card fee on to the customer.
Can I bring my existing price list?
Yes. Your pricebook is yours to build and maintain. We help set it up during onboarding.
