The mobile app
The FullScope Pro Android app, now in early access, is built for the field: customers, jobs, estimates, the GPS time clock, job photos, team chat and push notifications. It covers what a crew lead or estimator needs during the day without the clutter of the back office. An iPhone app is coming.
Photos captured on site are saved on the phone first and upload when signal comes back, so a basement or a rural job site does not cost you the pictures.
Why field service belongs with everything else
A standalone dispatch app still needs the customer from your CRM, the scope from your estimate and the hours for payroll. In FullScope Pro, those are already there:
- The job is created from the approved quote in estimating, with its line items.
- The customer and property come from the CRM.
- Approved hours flow to payroll reporting and, with the accounting add-on, to job costing.
- Invoices and deposits go out from the job on plans that include invoicing.

Can customers sign change orders in the field?
Yes. Change orders are signed by the customer and stored on the job with the original quote.
