Hours that are right the first time
Contractor time tracking app
with a GPS time clock.
Crews clock in from their phone or a shared kiosk, code hours to the job, and request PTO in the same app. Supervisors approve timesheets, and approved hours flow to payroll reporting and job cost.
- GPS clock in & out
- Kiosk mode for shared devices
- PTO & mileage built in
Paper timesheets and text-message hours cost more than the time spent collecting them. Hours get rounded, jobs get forgotten, and the payroll person spends Monday chasing people. Then the job costs are wrong because nobody knows which job the hours belonged to.
FullScope Pro's time clock lives in the same system as your jobs, so an hour is coded to the job when it is worked — not reconstructed on Friday.
How it works
- Clock in from the Android app or a shared kiosk, with GPS location recorded.
- Code the hours to the job being worked.
- Supervisors review and approve timesheets, with the location and job for each entry.
- Approved hours feed payroll reporting for ADP and, with the accounting add-on, labor cost on the job.
Timekeeping
Everything about hours, in one place.
GPS time clock
Clock in and out with location, so you know hours were worked where they were supposed to be.
Timesheets & approvals
Supervisors approve hours before payroll, with separate permissions for clocking, approving and managing.
Kiosk mode
A shared tablet at the shop or on site, so crew members without a company phone can still clock in.
PTO & mileage
Time-off requests and approvals, plus mileage logging, in the same app as the clock.
From hours to payroll
FullScope Pro does not run payroll — your payroll provider does. What it does is hand payroll a clean report: approved hours by person, ready for ADP. No retyping from paper, no guessing at overtime from a text thread.
From hours to job cost
Because every hour is coded to a job, the same approved hours tell you what each job cost in labor. That matters most on the jobs that run long: you see the overrun while the job is still open, not a month later when the invoice has already gone out.
With the accounting add-on, labor is applied to the job in the ledger, so job costing includes your crew's real time without double-counting wages.
Built for crews
- English and Spanish on every screen.
- Per-person permissions: let a foreman approve their crew's time without seeing pay rates.
- Job sites set up once and reused for every clock-in.
- The Android app also carries jobs, photos and chat, so the clock is not one more app to install. An iPhone app is coming.
Which plan
The GPS time clock, timesheets, PTO, kiosk and mileage start on the Field plan. Payroll reporting and Ramp card reconciliation are added on Growth. See the pricing page for details.

What if someone doesn't have a company phone?
Use kiosk mode on a shared tablet at the shop or job site, and crew members clock in there.
Does FullScope Pro run payroll?
No. It produces payroll reporting from approved hours, ready for ADP. Your payroll provider still runs payroll.
Can employees request time off in the app?
Yes. PTO requests and approvals are part of timekeeping.

Timekeeping starts on the Field plan. Payroll reporting is added on the Growth plan.
